Personal Feedback Survery

The following anonymous survey was conduced by Pegasus International in 1997. In the survey, members of my team were asked to evaluate my performance as their manager. The small circles represent where I evaluated my own performance to be. The large circles indicate the aggregate evaluation of the team. The numerical ratings mean:

1 - Never
2 - Almost Never
3 - Occasionally
4 - Sometimes
5 - Usually
6 - Almost Always
7 - Always

As the results indicated, I usually to almost always did the right thing. However, I was not satisfied with this rating so I talked with my boss and other managers and even the team itself and had myself re-evaluated a year later. Here are the 1998 results.

I've taken the lessons I've learned to heart and would like to think that I am still improving.
